Kissho Caren

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and patient. One of the front desk employees spoke fluent English, making communication seamless. For those less proficient in English, translation apps were readily used. The private hot spring was not located within the main building and required a short car ride to access. It was beautifully situated with a view of the sea. The food offerings were plentiful, and I was provided with a lunch box every day. Overall, it was a delightful stay, though the location was a bit inconvenient as it was only accessible by car, with no pedestrian paths available due to the expressway right outside.

French kaiseki dinner was very good

The facilities were spacious and spotless. The views from the room and from the Onsen were spectacular. It was not crowded and most of the time it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The 24 hour coffee and tea, afternoon cocktails and desserts as well as the nightcap service was amazing. Staff were courteous and anticipated our every need. The western breakfasts were delicious. The dinners were incredible. Service was top notch. Shuttle was convenient and not too restrictive.
